Should I fire my nursing company?

my daughter is 6 months old and has a trach and a feeding tube due to a genetic thing called pierre robin syndrome. she will be back to normal in a year, but for now we have 16 hour in home nursing and a disability check to help get us through these hard times. her dad works in the morning and i got to cl in the morning and then i watch her from 3 pm untill 11 pm. we have a nurse from 11 to 7 and 7 to 3. heres the problem: though we are great parents and we have a nice home, the nurses report every little thing to their supervisors. like once our dog had an accident in the hallway. and then in the summer we had fly tape hanging in the kitchen and they made up that there were bugs in her bottles. there is other silly stuff like when we missed her appmt due to being snowed in. And they also call off alot leaving me unable to go to cl, or sleep, or her dad unable to go to work. But there are no other nursiing companies in our area that deal with babies. When my boys were baby's I just used a swaddle blanket and when they broke free from it I used a Grobag. It's one of those sleeping bags that have no arms and they zipper down. They all loved them and my 8 month old is still in his. I use no bumper pads or blankets and pillow till they got older. I don't put anything in his crib. It's a pretty boring crib to look at but all baby's do is sleep in them so they don't know the difference. I'd rather be safe then it looking all fancy. Personally, I wouldn't use them. Why does my knee hurt?

I have a job reading utility meters and two weeks ago we had a lot of snowfall and and ice. while walking in it for about 20 hours in a two day period my knee started to hurt severley. I was slipping a bunch while walking and the pain started the second day as more of a really sore feeling i made it hard to walk like my left leg was real stiff, since it was a friday i thought resting over the weekend would make it better. It did by monday but then started to hurt again now after a weekend it feels better but as soon as i get to working it comes back. It hurt directly in the middle of my knee cap and down the outside of it along my leg, seems worse after sitting for a while and when it hurts fells almost impossible to move my leg due to the pain, but the weird thing is the pain goes away almost like it never happened but comes back and it hurts more walking down hills or down steps than going up. but both can be extremely difficult until my leg seems to loosen up. any ideas

honestly, I suggest you leave your borrowed board at home. If you're renting boots anyway, why have the hle? Renting the complete set- up will ensure that you get sized properly and that boots / bindings are compatible....no extra wiggles or mis-alignments. The rental will be good enough for first time and will be such that if you run over something or worse, you wont ruin your friends board. Rental shop work does herd people through, but that's what they do... got it to a science so they move em through as quickly as possible.... My other suggestion is to rent the boots for the borrowed board off- mountain in advance so you can by-p the mad house all together and have time to play around with them to make sure everything is in good order.

I think I will go through something like that. I'm on that road it seems. He has done so many wrong things that make it seem like he never loved me, but I know I love him. I think it is one of those things where your feelings will linger and the pain will remain. With time some of it will dissipate but most of it will stay I think. I kind just asked this but i need to clarify this about dogs living.?

Okay so i want to get a dog but my parents dont want it in the house for many reasons. But i was wondering if it would be okay for me to keep a dog in the barn in the back which is 225sq ft. And since dogs dont like being alone i would get a second dog. Im willing to fix up the barn and make it like a giant dog house such as put carpet, couches, toys, dog beds, and a automatic fireplace(ill concider others if you think its nessesary). But for summer the barn is in the shade and its pretty cool temp in there so i dont think being hot would be a problem. and i just need to know if with those conditions it would be safe and okay to be in there. i also have 6 acres so it would have enough room to play outside and stuff. im willing to spend time with them and take them places. So if theres anything else you would recomend that would be wonderful. im also wanting a lab or hunting dogs if that helps with anything.(:

Tried to shoot a non-moving bouncy ball (1.25") with a RWS 34 at about 10'. Not easy. If you nick the ball, it doesn't move much. Hit it square with a .177 Crosman wadcutter, sends it about 10' or so. Moving, it will be insanely hard.
