Im running out of ideas...?

i am writing a constructive speech for a debate on cyberbullying. i am on the affirmative side and we are trying to convince the audience that there should be harsher punishments for cyberbullies. what my problem is, is that im running out of terms for the bullies, i mean i dont want to just say bullies a hundred times. i have already said, teenagers, ruthless teenagers, tormentors, and of course, bullies. is there any other SCHOOL APPROPRIATE terms i could apply to these bullies? thnx in advance for any answers!
