What countries fail to protect intellectual property?

The U.S. is probably about as good as it gets when it comes to intellectual property rights, with patents, copyrights, trademarks, etc. Are there any countries in particular that don't quite add up when it comes to that stuff? Are there countries that struggle or even choose not to protect individuals' ideas and creations?
