Banquet and hall rentals in sacramento?

i'm looking for a cheap hall or banquet to rent in sacramento for a quinceanera with bathrooms and a kitchen, but all i need is the room. no catering, decorations or anything extra, just the room (with kitchen and bathroom). if you know any in the sacramento area and you have their contact information please let me know
