Where can I buy swimsuits at this time (Winter)?

I need to buy a new swimsuit at this time by February. I need it for Astrocamp. My price rang is $60 tops. Roxy has cute ones but each piece is $40. Their sets AREN'T. Their sets are $50 tops. However, I don't know if they have sets at this time of month/ season. HELP!!! Please list stores.
