Help with english poem!?

hi guys!:D ok so i need to write a sonnet with the theme being a dove(bird). the sonnet needs to be 14 lines; and for every line there must be 10 syllables... it is shakespearen....which means that it has the rhyme scheme of abab cdcd efef gg..... plz i need ur help! thanks :D
