What are the main dogmatic differences between Roman Catholicism and Eastern Orthodox?

The big issue is the procession of the Holy Spirit. The Westerners claim the Spirit procedes from the Father AND the Son. Easterners say it is from the Father only. It's been nearly a millennium since they've been able to agree on that. The rest of their disputes are largely political and administrative.
