the puppet "supreme court" has mangled and dismantled the constitution so much over the last hundred years that nothing in the constitution means what it says any more, in both cases the cops would have to call superiors who would get legal advice from attorneys , catch 22 as you cannot have more than one wife marriage to a second and third wife is void so you cannot actually be polygamous under the law, wait to see that change as the number of muslims increases they are allowed 4 wives
