I need help with my 3 brothers.......?

so i have one older brother and 2 younger ones, and prob over the past 2 years, they have been acting crazy like always hyper, being extremely rude ( when ur talking to them they just do this stupid little smile like its a joke) and the littliest one yells and screams constantly. i really think they get it from my older brother whose 17, who always backtalks to my parents and hits me everytime he walks past. the youngest and oldest swear all the time, and they always gang up on me. the age from 17, then, 14, then 11. i cant take the stress anymore!!!!! how do i change them and make my parents discipline them more so theyll stop! any help is appreciated.
