I might have an Exhaust leak. Can you help?

I have a 1994 Isuzu Trooper 3.2L v6 and when idling it sounds like a spudder in my exhaust. I am thinking that this could be an exhaust leak. Could i be losing power from this and are there any ways to fix it that are inexpensive?
