America's top model plus size??????

okay, i KNOW i am asking for a debate here....but I just saw pics of the girl who won this show. She is NOT plus sized...is she? She looks like a size 8-10 MAX. Arent plus size models starting at size 12? I am a product of the 80s and 90s and I remember Cindy Crawford being about that same size back then...and she was the last really SUPER model that I can remember. Is this new top model actually being clified as a plus size? if so, that sends the worst message out to the world....
