Secondhand Serenade fans: Is he fun to watch live?

I love his songs and all, but I don't think I can take two hours of acoustic pop/rock. I like upbeat music, and this is an exception, but does he rock out and put on a good show? Or does he just grab an acoustic guitar, sit in a chair, and play lullabies for two hours? (LOL no offense but his songs do make me sleepy sometimes).
