Jam Making Question - runny jam!?
Put it back in the pan and add a squirt of lemon juice. boil for another 10 minutes. Place a small amount on a cold saucer wait a minute then push with your finger. If it wrinkles its ready for setting. If not boil again for 5 minutes.
