How can you tell the ak47 and the ak74 ualt rifles apart when they both have folding stocks?

I would like to know how you would tell the difference between the ak47 and the ak74 cause i found this awsome "Saddam gold plated ak47". I wanted to share it so i posted it on forums and said it was a gold ak47. Half the ppl agree, then the other have say its an ak74. On the website it says its a 47 but i wanna make sure.
