Are all americans circised?

I've heard that americans get circised, is it true? In Europe, in my country (Macedonia) we get circised only if u have problems, if u can not open your . But when we are babies, when we are taking a bath our parents tell us to try to open it, and to practice opening it. Also in 3rd grade the doctors check u and ask u to open it for them and tell u to practice. (Btw i was watching Harold & Kumar today and Kumar was joking about uncircised European ***** lol)
