Women/ladies, terrible period pain?

started period the morning which was a week early only came of 3 weeks ago. felt okay the Morning but the afternoon and night i fell ill, been feeling dizzy sick and really bad cramps, also period is really heavy which it is normally light on first day, any advice or help on pains and stop is felling dizzy, tired a bath,hot water bottle on stomach, lie down and ibuprofen and feminax express but none have worked, thanks xx
