I have a prob. in my hearing.. bec my earwax will not get out in my ear bec. the c of my ear is small...?

hello there.. i am a filipina living in usa now in 2months.. i have a prob in my ear.. bec i always go to the doctor to clean my earwax every 6 months.. bec i cannot hear anything if i cannot clean it to get my earwax.. i am doing it for almost 20 yrs.. before it will 4 yrs before i clean it and go to the doctor.. and my age is bigger it is 6 months already.. and now i cannot hear too much.. i am worried already,, do u hav any suggestion or advice that can help me regarding in my earwax.. my earwas cannot get out on his own.. bec my c is so small.. i am so worried now bec i am in usa.. it is delicate also when there is an air get inside in my ear.. what should i do to my earwax pls help me...
